耐寒输送带
Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt
特点:用棉帆布、尼龙帆布或聚酯帆布做带芯,覆盖胶采用天然橡胶与顺丁橡胶的并用胶,具有弹性高、耐冲击、耐寒冷
等特点,能在零下40℃的环境下正常使用。
用途:适用于寒冷地区露天或冷冻仓库等场合输送物料。
技术指标:1、耐寒输送带根据覆盖胶性能分为耐划裂型(H )、耐磨损型(D )、一般型(L )三种类型。
2.根据耐寒性能分为C1和C2两种级别。C1使用环境温度为-45℃ 〜 +50℃ ;C2使用环境温度为-60℃〜+50℃。

耐酸碱输送带
Acid/Alkali Resistant Conveyor Belt
适用于和酸碱接触的工作环境,如磷肥制造、海水晒盐。覆盖胶采用橡塑共混并
耐酸碱性优异的惰性材料,比氯丁橡胶耐酸碱输送带性能更优。骨架材料采用EP帆
布,比棉布芯耐酸碱性能更加可靠。一般做成环形。

耐油输送带
Oil resistant Conveyor Belt
覆盖胶采用高丙烯腈含量的丁腈胶为主体材料,采用帆布,尼龙帆布或聚脂帆布为强力层。
适用于输送含油物料或接触各种工作油的环境中。具体有体积变化率低,强度保持高,使用范围广等优点。
